However, the powerful artificial light used as sources in illuminating the cities causes light pollution, primarily with regards to the alteration of natural lighting in the outdoor environment during the night.
Even the magnificent structural lighting used to light up the splendid monuments produces harmful effects and accelerates light pollution. While structural lighting has gained popularity in the last couple of decades as it beautifies the structure and makes it safer for the traveller. The specific illumination which are used to give a magnificently lit look to these big structural buildings or monuments are called Architectural RGB lighting, it is a combination of red, blue, and green LEDs that produce over 16 million hues of light.
